Is this for owner-operators or fleets?
Both. Truck Carrier TMS is built for the 1-truck owner-op all the way up to a 50-truck fleet. If you'd need a consultant just to spin up enterprise TMS, this is the alternative.
Do I have to switch from QuickBooks?
No — we export invoices and settlements straight into QuickBooks Online. Your bookkeeper barely notices the change. Desktop QuickBooks export (IIF) is supported too.
What does the driver app look like?
Drivers see today's loads, capture PODs with the phone camera, message dispatch, and see their pay run live. Works on iOS and Android. No per-driver license fee.
Which factoring companies do you support?
Triumph, RTS Financial, Apex, OTR Capital, eCapital, and most regional factors. We send invoices in whatever format your factor accepts — PDF + CSV + image bundle.
What if I'm not happy?
Cancel any time, no exit fees. We export every load, settlement, and invoice to CSV — your data stays yours. We'll even help you migrate it somewhere else if that's where you land.
